Miguel,

Great job and GREAT writeup

Just a suggestion, drive your Z around with both windows rolled up and stereo off; listen for any new squeaks or rattles.

When I initially stuffed the Peripheral adapter box up above the passenger footwell area in my Z, I ended up with a new squeak (caused by the adapter box rubbing up against some plastic wiring harnesses).

What I did was bought some thin black foam/mesh (air filter) material at Home Depot for like 2 bux and wrapped the adapter box and the excess cabling bundles in this foam/mesh material which eliminated the squeak/rattles...

Again, great job and that Nano is sick
