I went to a 'Vette specialty shop here in San Jose yesterday to get my CAGS eliminator ($22 + tax). The guy showed me a C6 heat shield that goes between the exhaust and the torque tube which supposedly shields a ton of heat from the center console and torque tube tunnel. I didn't ask how much it cost. Not sure if it'll bolt to the C6Z, though. Anyone know about this item?
