Thanks for sharing your experience. I believe that you have ample grounds to sue Braeger Chevrolet for failure to honor their contract. The email would, IMO, hold up in court. I would also consider calling the local news and see if they would be willing to do an "on air" show showing how the dealership acted - hurt the bums in their pocketbooks.
