The fact that they are over twice the price adds to my enjoyment somewhat. Being located in Monaco is an extra perk, as I seem to be driving the only z06 in town. the streets are littered with ferraris.
Anyhow.. that is of minor importance.. I had a simple question though. How accurate is the speedo on the z06? I recently got it up to 321km/h which is 199mph (i think i let go a little earlier, so could be more). This is above the advertised speed, I therefore wondered what correction had been set on the speedo 2%, 3%, 4%?? anybody?

you need GPS. i use a garmin GPS it tracks up to 11 satellites. the analogue speedo and my HUD in my vette were innacurately reading 172 mph. the GPS accurately read 176 mph. the speedo in my viper was innacurately reading 200 mph. the GPS told the truth it was 198 mph. my runs were made on a flat road with no downhill or tailwind. a downhill run or a tailwind will add a few mph to your speed.
