Usually, if you have a very thorough service dept and service writer, when they look up your VIN, they should let you know that there is a recall and tell you that they need to keep the car longer. In this case with this recall, the car needs to remain there for 4 hours for the adhesive to cure, so they require the car to be there before 10 AM. TSB's, however, are different, you have to specifically point out a problem that they either recall from other cars and know there is a TSB on, or they look it up for you upon request.
