I had the same thing happened and only had the C1214 code, wound up with a $3300 bill. Glad it was under warranty. Here is what they replaced:

BPMV (brake pressure modulator valve) Part # 10343432 valve 4.730

EBCM (electronic brake control module)
Part # 10343433 module 4.720

and some fluid I'm guessing brake
Part # 12377967 3x's Fluid 8.800
