Thanks for all the replies and ideas. But the simple fact remains that MANY folks are doing exactly what I am or even launching at a higher rpm with more HP and not breaking ANYTHING!!! I've got maybe 100 runs on this car and maybe 2,000 1/4 mile runs in my Camaro. I know how to drive. I've tried every different technique in this Z06. Slipping the clutch, dumping the clutch, stock tires, ET Streets, different tire pressure, etc, etc...

I've decided this car is just not worth drag racing anymore. I don't enjoy drag racing it that much, that is what the Camaro was built for... But Road Racing and Auto-Xing this sum bitch is GREAT fun. So no more drag racing for this Z06... I guess that means I don't need to install this N2O kit now.
