I agree with Rob. 118-130 is way too high. The stock oil pump relief lifts at about 75 psi to port oil back to the pan to protect the engine from excessive oil pressure. I'd ask what the relief is set at for your aftermarket unit. If it is as high as 130 psi, I think that is very excessive.
Its possible that as Rob guesses that you have damaged the sending unit. Only way to know for sure is a mechanical unit.
