Thanks guys...Last night, I asked a former female Soldier "Is it me? Am I too hard on them? Do I expect too much?" She said "No. You don't expect too much. They are just not used to someone holding them to a standard. And if you just let them get away with it, then you just confirmed the standard they are used to." So, I felt a little better but today is the day I wreak havoc. (Tactfully)
Regardless how I feel, I will still do what I can to make things BETTER than the way I foun dthem. Even if I reach out to a few Soldiers who believe in what I am doing is the RIGHT thing to do, that's a few Soldiers who will take that with them wherever they go and see know what RIGHT looks like.
But damn, I am going to blow a head gasket over this stuff!
Oh well. Today is a new day. The sun is shining. And I took a hot shower while people less fortunate search for surviving loved ones in Mynamar. I guess it COULD be worse......
