3500, bogged. Were you in COMPETITION MODE? I have set myself up fopr failure before, running with Traction Control ON by mistake. Try launching at a higher RPM in increments. Try 4000 next time. Slip the clutch a tad. If you just dump it, your tires will most likely spin. What I learned from Post 1 -100, SEAT TIME makes a difference.

My first track days were rough. 2.3 60's. Got that down to 1.9 best. Original runs were 13s. Best stock was about 12.7
Forged, 11.9. So, give yourself some slack and growing room. If that don't work, throw some big twins on it and make up in trap speed and time what you lack in launch.
