Paxton has had the Novi series out for 15 years I think. A year or 2 ago they came out with a self-lubricating unit (similar to Procharger) that I believe is called the Novi SL. Maybe that is what you are referring to?
For the record, I think the Paxton blowers are very good quality and the difference between their units and Procharger units is probably pretty small.
It all comes down to preference.....
