I bet you could see the tranny temp with AutoTap or LS1Edit or the like... Heck, I bet those guys who made the Window Valet could write some added code to make the WV capable of reading pretty much anything out on the DIC. How different is tranny temp on the DIC from, say, getting the Speedo to read out the highest recorded road speed (which the Window Valet thing already does)?
