I can't help on your question, beyond what IT L GO said ...
Haltech, I *think* has a tune to go with the intake ... don't know if it can be applied, and backed out at will ... don't know if it leaves evidence in "memory" ... don't know the extent that "relearn" will adjust AFR ... or where in the power band it works ...
I don't know nuttin' ...
