The main reasons i believe the gtr and the turbo posted better times than the z06 was due to better launches out of the corners with their all wheel drive, and the z did'nt get to properly stretch its legs in this track. I'm subscriber to road and track for about 6 years and i mentioned to them in their website the same thing and they said that if all three cars wore slick tires then the z06 would win and if there were more straight the z06 would win again and probably in my opinion Millen was too intimidated in the zo6 as he mentioned in the magazine.
