The $10,000 "OPTION PACKAGE" is for one years worth of pre-paid insurance. 
YIKES! $103,000? But after reading all that, it sure sounds like a Super car at Retail Prices. And with today's gas prices, those with fat wallets or deep pockets and an Uncle in the Oil Business are sure to have no worries.
Up to today, I had zero insterest in this new addition, but wow.... The performance factor is staggering.
(Sure would look good in Arctic White!)
