Let's see how much you would pay -- $115k + $7k Tax, Tags

and Title and we are talking $122,000. I am guessing with 1,500 coming out that the premium on 2009's will be $10-20k. So if you have an extra $50k over the Z06, then you should buy the ZR-1.

The other problem is that stupid hood window. It would take carbon fiber surgery to get rid of the Engine "window" blemish. Of course, it is unique, but no less stupid for it. Another non-functional "work of art." Bottom line. They wanted to distinguish this car from the Z06, after which this is really just a modified version... and the "window" of course.

But this car is going to cost about what a 911 Turbo will. Still it is cool, but I was pushing it to pay $70k (plus) for my 08Z
