Re: ZR1 Pricing Released!

Going to order a ZR1 for delivery next April time once the terminally stooopid have over paid for the willy waving early cars.

Already spoken to a dealer about supplying me a car at MSRP not over.

In my opinion there will be a lot of law suits in the US from ZR1 owners with whiplash injuries the first time they brake hard, or 'cos someone runs into the back of them as the brakes are going to be that good.

Agree the hood window is naff, perhaps an aftermarket hood will be available without the window?

The $10,000 option package includes all the creature comforts existing Corvette owners will expect like electric, power / heated seats etc.

Some owners may opt to go without this package to save weight etc.

I would have liked to have seen a "track package" including a 4 point harness, decent carbon race seat and harness bar and a stripped interior of all the heavy stuff you don't actually need.
