Just pop off the drivers fuel rail cover and you'll find a cap on the front end of the fuel rail. Inside you'll find a shrader valve (like your tire valve stem). Wrap some rags around the area and push the center button to release system pressure. Changing the filter is messy enough with the pressure relieved, you don't want to do it with the system pressurized.
