While the guy appears to have almost seen an image of Jesus in the light reflected off the gleaming surface of the car, you (or at least, me) should take his gushing review with a grain of salt. Anyone who says this about a 4 lobe Roots blower:

Clearly isn't an automotive technology expert (or arguably - even a neophyte).
A Bic butane lighter looks like magic to an aborigine because they don't understand the technology. To a guy from Zippo it's pretty basic and humdrum stuff.
I'd pay quite a bit more attention to what this guy had to say if he'd brought any discernable expertise to his analysis.
That being said, 638HP doesn't need a lot of analysis for you to know it's gotta be good. Too bad the car is as much as a small house. I still have too many of my basic values (and of course, a lack of that kind of spare cash) to consider a $100K car. But who knows, maybe GM will eventually crate the engine and I'll be able to buy one for substantially less than the car itself, to drop in to my trusty '02?
