Congrats and welcome to the forum. My shop manuals are on the other coast right now or I'd look up your code for you. As mentioned, try posting in the tech section and someone should help you out.
I do remember that the "H" indicates its a historical code, so it might have been something that temporarily hit a limit (traction control is common) and cleared.
