I too have tried to reach Kerry Hitt. And as much as I hear he is a great guy, for a CEO of his own Company, the guy is never there, can't be reached, and don't return phone calls for days. I hear he has some great products, but customer service SUCKS!!!

I also hear that, when you actually get him on the phone, he is a great guy. The last time I spoke to Kerry, I asked him to work out an out the door price for the Z-11 kit, mounted, painted, etc...I never got a return call. SO how the hell can I trust in that type of service? Oh what, "He is busy" or "He just forgot" Yeah, I guess a $9000 sale is something to "FORGET"

So, he is not on my "A" List right now.

I didn't have a good experience with ACP (although I know others have). Would personally not deal with them again.
