I've been using Motul 600 in my brakes and clutch for 6 years.
You don't *have to* do a Tech II purge; tho C4C5 Specialist says that's the only way to do a complete purge. If, as some recommend as a field expedient, you do a couple ABS activation cycles to run the new thru the ABS reservoir, you still may not get all the old fluid out - the net result is that you will not have a "pure" DOT 4 performance boiling point.

OK ..This does raise the question...are the two fluids compatable...ok to mix them ?? Will there be some bad reaction ?
