I cut 2/3rds of the bushing off the front bolt, and replaced it, turned all the way down to get as low as possible.

On the back, I bought 1/2"x7" grade 8 bolts from a hardware store for $1.50 a piece...I left ~1/2" of the bolt left sticking above the nut on each side.
