I really don't have to give you a run down of all of the company's expenses. You knew what the policy was when you ordered and you knew what the policy was when you canceled. That information isn't listed just to take up space. It really wouldn't matter if both transactions only cost us $5. We charge a 10% processing fee for the cancellation. It's that simple. If your a business owner and aware of the credit card expenses you'll know how it is. I'll feed you just a little info and let you know that your transaction cost over $300. to process.
As for the pod, I have no way to look into this. We process millions of dollars of orders per year so nobody here is going to remember one pod, especially if you didn't order under the name "Turbo666". I don't think you sign your checks that way.
