The route we took last year was through St. Louis (we picked up a passenger there) over towards Evansville and then down to Bowling Green.
If I recall right it was about 700 miles or so.
May not have been the most scenic route, but was all interstate and fairly good roads, other than I70 to St. Louis.
Don't know whether that will be the route this year (may have to pick up the same passenger) or look for something more scenic and twisty.
We'll have to plan a strategy session and see what the consensus of opinion is and what days everyone wants to travel on.
