NO.
The T1 bar end links have a larger diameter OD bolt, hence the hole in the T1 bar is a larger diameter ID. The OEM end link bolt would be too small. You could use a bushing but it would wear and the link would be sloppy.
However you can use a T1 end link on a OEM bar by drilling out the bar hole to the proper ID.
