If its at all possible I would consider basing it off the stock C5 tire and wheel sizes rather than the Z06 wheels and tires.
They are a little narrower and the diameter might be a little different so its worth checking into..
The wagon wheel 1997 to 1999 would also be what I would use for winter use.
I would also give up the speed rating as well since I could control myself to not go beyond whatever the speed rating ends up being with the snow tires..
