Ideally, the price would be about 69k for me. That way a car like mine will retain value in the very short term allowing me to sell it for a decent price while not paying too much for the C6 Z.
If it was 55k, my car would be worthless. If it was 80k, it would be so expensive it wouldn't make a difference. I think if it's ~70, it eliminates just enough of the market to benefit me and potential buyers of my car. That way, they get a car that's faster than the C6 Z for cheap, and I recoup enough of my horrible depreciating asset to justify selling it for the new ride.
