By the way, the LS7 is really a 428 c.i. engine

We are not using mathematical averages here. The cubes are slightly over 427 (something like 427.6). This doesn't equate to a 428. You don't have a 428 ci engine, you do have 427 and change. If I've got $600,000, i'm not a millionaire.
Also, Dave Hill says "occasional weekend use will not void the warranty". I'm pretty sure every corvette owner drives their car on the weekends. Are our warranties voided? Does he mean occaisional weekend tracking? Is he setting us up for voided warranties?
Scenario: I go to dealership for a warranty issue.
Dealer: "Do you track the car."
Me: "Ya, I did my first event yesterday, but got this problem on the first lap."
Dealer: "Sorry, no can do."
Me: "But Dave Hill said...."
Dealer: "He said occasional weekend use, not tracking. You drive it every weekend, so.."
Me (bending over): "Thank you sir, may I have another"
Is GM playing games with semantics here?
