In response to a few of the comments above...
The article does state that the SCCA uses 3 year contracts, so it could move every three years. But, I agree they don't have a "term limit" of only 3 years.
And while 2006 does seem like a long time away, it is only next season. This season's Runoffs dates have been announced and planned for awhile now.
I personally am looking forward to the change in venue. Heartland Park is closer to Seattle which is where I will be in 2006... hmmm... wonder what my schedule will be like in Sept 2006?
