What will the outlook letter tell a dealer? For instance, if the dealership I'm buying the car from gets an allocation for the end of November, does that mean that they are free to send GM a ZO6 order right away?

And does that mean that if GM accepts the order for say 11/29/05, when, realistically, can I expect my car?
