Can someone tell me what I don't know about Column Lockout Bypass?
My understanding is that there is someplace at GM that I can find out if it has been done on my car. I was also under the impression that there was only a range of production dates or vin numbers that needed the CLB.
Or is the bypass something that just makes sense to do?
