Fair Price for '00 FRC?

What's a fair price for a '00 near-showroom condition FRC with 14k miles on it (Pewter with Blk interior)? Seller wants $31.5k but i think he is $5k too high.

Please advise.

yeah that is a little high, I picked mine up for 28k but it only had 6k on it and has the optional mag wheels which are a pretty expensive option

I Just Paid $$

I just bought a Loaded Pewter 2K FRC - 40Kmi. She's not ZipLoc Bag perfect, but in very good shape for 25K from Cooper Corvette while at Carlisle - I feel like I got a super deal on a super nice car.

What it should be and what it's really worth are world's apart in todays market. GM dealers really hurt the resale market when they dumped all the 04's on the market at prices up to 12G's off of MSRP. The car you described unfortunately is only worth 25 to 26G's tops.

I just recently (2 weeks ago) bought a 2k FRC in great condition (but high miles) for 21k. It had perfect paint and interior, including undercar and engine bay perfectly clean. It also came with stock wheels and tires w/new runflats, Z06 wheels in silver w/ Yoko AVS tires brand new. Corsa stainless catback w/ X-pipe and Blackwing intake.

I looked at a white one as well but didn't think it was as nice as the black one I ended up with. The white 99 was 19k and completely stock and needed rear tires. I would have bought it if I hadn't found the black 2000.

I am very pleased so far!

Derek

Depends on the mileage and mods. Personally, I wouldn't consider selling my car for $31.5K.

Cheers,

Mark

I just sold the 99 and the 2000 that I had. The 99 completely stock except for a set of our LG Pro Long Tubes, went for $21,500 then we put a cam kit in it for another $2395 for a total of $25,495.

The 2000 frc with a new Z06 engine G5X-3 cam, AFR heads, LG Coil Over suspension, T1 bars, Poly bushings, CCW wheels with brand new TOYO proxis RA-1 tires and our LG/Wilwood big brake kit, Plus a roll bar was sold for $35,000. With a full day of on Track driver instruction at the local Road Race track.
Oh yeah, and a 1 year warranty on the engine from LG Motorsports.

I will have my C6 for sale this summer so I can get a C6-Z06 with a set of LG pro Long Tubes and a Borla Stinger on it.

I already miss my 2000 FRC, it was a great Track car.

Thanks
Lou G
