Tire sizing fpr a 2000 C5...

I am looking for tires for my cars. I am considering either the Goodyears or the BF's.

My 2000 COUPE is lowered about 2" (via cut bushings) Will the 265/40-17 fit up front with the 295/35-18 in the rear without any rubbing or extention outside of the fenders?

I simply want to move up to a wider tire. thanks in advance, fellas.

I have Z16 wheels on my coupe, 17-9.5 up front and 10.5-18 out back. I am running the 265 Z tire's on the front and 305-35's on the rear. Goodyear SC's front and Nitto's on the rear without a problem. They don't stick out.

I don't know if the spacings any different from the z06's, however I have motorsport wheels with 275/40/17's in the front and 335/30/18's on the rears with stock sizes. Those sizes should have absolutely no problems with rubbing.
