Z06 shocks vs non Z06 shocks ?

Is there a differance in the 2 ? I just bought a 99 Hardtop.I see where people buy the 04 Z06 shocks ? and where can I get a front license plate block off ( Black ) color ?

The 04 Z06 shocks are much better then the stock Z-51 shocks that are on your car. You will have much better control on bumpy roads then before. If the roads are smooth, you will not go any faster in the corners. Only on rough roads will you pick up speed. Drawback on the Z06 shocks is that they are firmer over bumps for just cruising around.
