50th Anniversary Z06 question

Is 29,000 a fair price for a low mileage (6800 miles) 2003 one owner Z06?? I'm about to replace my C4 and need some feedback.

All 2003 Z06's were 50th anniversary models. I think that $29K is a little on the high side, even with the low miles. I am assuming that it is stock. If it has the original tires (going on 10 yrs old) they will need to be replaced. $$

Find out what maintenance had been performed over the years.

The was maintained to the "T" by the dealer so no worries there. Still doesn't justify the price though I don't think.

An average price for alot more mls would be 22-24. Low mileage finds that are well taken care of are getting harder to find. I often add up improving a cheap car to where I want it and it's gets very pricey. And it's still a higher mileage car that wasn't taken care of the way you'd like. So low mileage and pristine condition is worth alot if you ask me or do the #'s. Whats it worth to you? I just picked up an 04Z commemorative edition Z16. Like you, low mls, and an anal retentive owner w/ alot of extras. I didn't even have to detail it or add anything to it. I paid 29,000. It was worth it to me for what I got and how it was kept which you can't add to a cheaper car. If you got that car for 25-27 I think you did good. What's the premium worth to you? If it doesn't mean that much to ya you could find a high mileage, beat up, 4 owner, 03Z for 20,000. Good luck.
