The front fascia, is that a single (one piece) fascia to include the splitter? I see a black lip under the front fascia, is that an entire unit or purchased separately?

This was the last car built by John Lingenfelter before his death. From my understanding the body was designed using one of GM's wind tunnels and is supposed to be stable at over 250 mph. The car is powered by a Lingenfelter built twin turbo 427.
