As usual, the Baymont Inn and Suites will be the host hotel for the 2008 Z06Fest. The Baymont will be ground zero for all Fest activity, things like the MM WART tour, the Welcome BBQ, nightly raffles, nightly dinner excursions, and all around frivolity.
If you have made reservations at another hotel, you might want to rethink your choice, the Baymont will be the place to be, period.
To book a room at the Baymont, call the Bowling Green hotel DIRECTLY at 270-843-3200. Group Rate Code: Z06Fest
The national reservation center has no visibility into the room blocks at individual hotels and they will not be able to offer you the Group Rate.

Does it cost more if you bring a family member along for the room(# of people per room) or do they just charge for the room with a default 2 person bed?

I believe the rate is for the room and beds i.e 2 doubles, 1 king etc. The last time I was there (2006) that was the way it worked. I shared a room with Jimbo then and there was no change in the rate.

It's per room within reason..............unless you try to sneak a harem in there......then they might charge per additional body....
