After the rear of the 2014 Corvette Stingray was revealed just hours ago, the very first photo of the front of the seventh-generation of America’s sports car has also now hit the net.
Leaked via the above-the-embargo-law site Jalopnik, we now have our first look at the C6.R-style gaping front mouth of the C7 Vette.
What we do know about the 2014 Corvette so far is that it will be powered by a 6.2-liter small block LT1 V8 making roughly 450 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque, while manual-transmission models may receive a rev-match function.
And as dramatic a change as the interior is, look for equally major upgrades inside, with leaked details indicating a premium look and feel, with a digital dash with an info display to show track telematics like lap times, G forces, gear selection, and 0-60 times.

I had seen the rear end leak a couple of days ago and read a lot of reviews that were not favorable of it. My jury is still out until I see the actual car. I didn't like the C6 when I first saw it and now I can't wait to get one.
I made the mistake with the Porsche Panamera where I thought "You got to be kidding me!" Look ma, a Limo 911! It wasn't until I saw it at the dealership that I realized my first impression was completely off the mark. I can wait to get one. I don't need 4 doors in my life right now let alone backseats. Speaking of backseats, I wonder how our GT500 McDonaldland guy is enjoying his new ride.
I want to be the first to say, I love the front of the new C7 if the rendition above is accurate. It looks like it is about to devour anything you lay in front of it. Where some cars like the Mazda have this happy go lucky grin on their grill, this thing looks like it swallows whole and spits it out the exhaust. 2 more days!
One13Thirteen! Ho! Ho! Ho! X-mas is not over!

Re: 2014 Corvette Leaked
I hope it looks better in person than in pics. I think they are targeting a younger demographic than me. The interior drawings from the manual illustrations I saw recently looked good though, along with all the cool new on board toys.

The front of the car in that pic looks much better than what I was seeing in other pics. Would like to see more of the back of the car.
I third that emotion! The rear needs some "smoothing".

it has a lot of potential of bringing the corvette name to a world standard along with continuing to help the american supercar market achieve world super/hyper car royalty status. GM needs to make a ZR1 'supercar' package consisting of real high-end interior and trimmings.
