If you have that much money to put into upgrades, and actually want to spend it all on upgrading the car then I would ask, what are your goals for the car?
Track day hero?
High Speed Highway roll racing?
Just for fun to take to car shows in your area and cruise around in something that makes people look in your direction?
My advice for you based on your first post and absolutely nothing else is to do heads, cam, valve train, intake, long tube headers, and X pipe and exhaust. It will give your car that lopey idle that sounds really aggressive sitting still and it will scream if you jump on the throttle. If you dont want to draw much attention to yourself they make exhausts that are more quiet that will still let the car breathe, so a little less screaming, a little. A motor is nothing more than a glorified air pump. Figure out how to move more air (and the proportionate amount of fuel) and you will get places...quickly.
