Sounds like a fair price.

I have an '01 Z06 Blk/Mod-Red Interior - with just over 41K miles. I was offered $33K over Memorial weekend - price will obviously vary depending on region and availability.

However, mine's not for sale. Good luck with your sale.

I recently (first of April) sold my QS 01 which was in perfect condition, red / black interior, 25K miles, new F1SC tires front & rear, vortex rammer, breathless longtubes, x-pipe, borla stingers, breathless shifter, custom tune, GMPP extended warranty, Ti exhaust, Noah car cover and auto tap s/w for $29.5K.

The prices for 01 to 03 models can vary from upper 20s to mid 30s. 04s will be in the upper 30s. It is matter of matching the buyer with the seller.
