Anyone interested in doing a group buy for a service manual? 2002 Corvette C5/Z06

Covers the 2002 Z06 & C5
Part # GMP/02-Y-1 Volume 1 of 3
Part # GMP/02-Y-2 Voume 2 of 3
Part # GMP/02-Y-3 Volume 3 of 3
Volume 1: General Info, HVAC, steering, suspension, Driveline, axles, brakes
Volume 2: Engine, transmission
Volume 3: body & accessories, restraints

I ran into a local guy (non Vette owner) at a PCA Autocross event two weeks ago, he can get all 3 volumes for $90.00 DELIVERED to your door! I've physically seen, held and examined it. The manual has well over 2300 pages of info. It's an exact replica of the original. Personally I think the replica is BETTER than the original. Why? The original manual is printed on recycled light brown paper that's ultra, ultra thin. The replica is printed on regular paper that's much more sturdy and durable. I have a distant friend that paid much more than $180 for the same manual! The manual is bound or can be 3 hole punched ready for a 3 ring binder.

I need at least 10 more people to come into this deal in order to make this happen. The guy wants a minimum order of 15 manual orders (3 books/manual order). I have 4 of my other Vette friends and acquantinces in on this making a total of 15, including myself.

Anyone interested in owning a complete C5/Z06 service manual and saving mucho deniro?

Service books...

As for the 2003 Z06.... it didn't change at all from the 2002. I have an 02. As for the 03 C5.... I'm pretty sure most of it is the same with the exception of that electro-magnetic suspension. I'll check with him to see if he can get it. If he does have it he'd probably want a minimum order of 15 like the 2002. I need 10 more dudes to get this deal for the 2002. With the 03 you'll need 14 more dudes.

Hola back.

Are these the same manuals you can order using the form in the back of the Owner's Manual?

Can your source get manuals for 2001 ZO6's?

Copying is EXPENSIVE!!

2300 double sided pages @ $.25 per page is $575!!! I think the 2001 manual is over 3000 pages! Geeeez! that's a big book!

Why do the dirty work when you can have your money ($90) work for you.

: )

even at .05 per page (more realistic IMO) 3000 dble sided pages is $150...seems reasonable
