Do a CarFax check and get the vin number and take it to your local chevy service dept. and have them run a computer vin check on the car. Takes about two minutes.That will give a nationwide check up on the car if it has ever been worked on by a chevy or GM dealership nation wide.
Costs you nothing to do this. Also tells where the car was orginally delivered (dealership) and sold date will be on the sheet. It's called a GM Vehicle Inquiry System summary.
