While in strorage over the winter I dropped a tire/wheel on the right front fender and damaged/cracked the fender. If you're using this as a track car, it's not worth repairing (maybe even for a daily driver). If it's a garage queen you're after then you'll want it repaired.
I purposely priced it aggressively. There was absolutely nothing else wrong with the car. It was a great deal for 50K. Even so there were alot of people who were trying to negotiate my price down. In the final analysis, there were two serious buyers who knew the 50K was a great price and didn't try to beat me up on the price. The one guy beat the other by 4 hrs coming up with the funds. The buyer had a driver fly in the next morning with the check and car was gone.
