Just purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8 so I'm letting the Z06 go to a new home.
Located in Warner Robins, GA.
24K miles, stock except for chrome Z06 wheels, recently new Michelin Pilot Sport 2 tires, Hurst shifter, Vararam v2 intake, and trunk partition. Car is in good shape and garage kept.
Pictures like that make it hard for me to trade mine for a new one. Bump for ya.
Thanks for the kind words. I wouldn't trade this car for a C6, and a new C6 Z06 is still more than I want to pay so I went a different route with the Charger SRT8. Maybe when I can pick up a used C6 Z06 in 2-3 years, I will sell the SRT8 and get one then. As it stands, the C5 Z06 is one of the most beautiful cars every built to me.

Good Luck with the sale, I am with ya as far the C5 beauty goes, Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder but then I have never heard anycall Sophia Loren or a C5 ugly

Good luck with the sale! EB is one of favorite colors. How do you like the Charger? How is the power? Looking forward to the Challenger.
I don't have it yet, its supposed to be delivered to me Monday or Tuesday from Michigan. I have driven quite a few of them though at the SRT Experience event.
The SRT8 Charger's are very nice, as is the Chrysler 300 SRT8 also. They are just as quick as an LS1 F-body and are just as fast a C5 Z06 on the top end. They also stop quicker and handle better than a LS1 F-body. Gas mileage is really the only major drawback.
It is a step down in performance overall from my Z06 but I need something with 4 doors and I'm ready for an automatic transmission again. Its been almost 9 years since the last automatic I had. its time for a change, in fact, I was dead set on buying a C5 coupe with an auto until I drove a 2001 Z06, from that point on I knew I had to have one. So I've had mine now for almost a year and half and its time to move on to something else. I think Dodge/Chrysler is a very hot company, especially all of their SRT vehicles.
Also nice choice for a new car. I saw one up in Detroit a few weeks ago, bad ass ride!
Thanks, its a change from the Z06, but they are nice in their own way. Its just a different type of car. You would be amazed at what the SRT8 line of vehicles can do for 4200lbs cars.
