You turn it off because the stock system is invasive and bogs the car when it activates. The RaceLogic traction control system does not. It's as seamless as traction control gets, short of F1-level competition systems, and you can adjust the allowed level of tire spin for maximum acceleration. The system handles the rest.
The Toyota MKIV Supra which broke the Nurburgring record for a tuned road car (7 minutes, 49 sec.) used RaceLogic traction control. Many of the high horsepower RWD cars that come with stock traction control (like the Supra) are using this system.

Because it's doing me no good sitting in a box. My car is still a long way from being finished, and I could put the money to better use right now. You have to have a running car before you need to start worrying about traction.
If RL system you have will fit a 4th gen Supra, you'd have much better luck selling it on: http://www.supraforums.com/
(Though I would suspect you're probably familiar with that site). It's an excellent price for the product - I will say this though, the TC/AH system in the C5 (especially the V2.0 in later C5's) is significantly better than the TC (only) system that was in the MKIV Supra. I was actually on deck to get a RL solution before I sold my Supra (I had a '94 750HP, T04R single, highly modified from body to suspension).
Good luck and definitely post over there _ I think you price is still a bit better than the GP that I believe Dusty or was running.

Thanks, but it's an 8-cylinder system. If I had the 4-6 cylinder version I would already have posted it there, or could have sold it on the RX-7 forum also.

Having owned a Z06 and a MKIV Supra Turbo, I know.
I rarely had the traction control in the Z06 kick in, but when it did, it wasn't much better. It wasn't like turning off the engine, but it was still annoying and inconvenient, which is why a lot of people (as posted above) turn it off.
It doesn't interfere with handling or braking. It monitors the ABS sensors and cuts injector pulses as required to reduce power and maintain the percentage of wheel spin set with the dash controller.
If you have 8 cylinders and 8 injectors, it will work on your car.
As far as lean burns, it prevents a burn from taking place at all by cutting all fuel for one combustion cycle. A burn cannot take place without an adequate amount of vaporized fuel, even if the spark plug fires. Many high horsepower turbo and supercharged cars use this system, like the Blitz Supra I mentioned above.
On price, I'm not very negotiable, because it's an excellent price already. You won't even find a price this low in another group buy because of the huge number of participants (100+ RX-7, Supra, and Viper owners) that were in the one I helped organize.
How will this affect my factory traction control and will it cause pcm codes when cutting injector pulse? also do you have anyone using this product on a 2002 Z06?

I would assume that it would be like having two totally independent traction control systems. You'd turn off the factory traction control and let the RaceLogic system handle everything. The Supra owners just pull their TRAC fuse permanently and some remove the second throttle body butterfly to eliminate the restriction.

For information on the PCM codes, you should probably talk to the U.S. Distributor, Matrix Engineering. Jeremy Williams (jeremy@matrixengineering.cc) is the guy you want to talk to. I don't think it's a problem, but he should be able to clear up any questions you have. He'd also be more likely to know if someone with a Z06 is using the system. I haven't had my Z06 for a year now and haven't been keeping up on what others are doing.
