It's is brighter than the stock Millennium Yellow w/o being as green/pale as the C6 Velocity Yellow. I delivered the car in pieces post targa conversion. Over $6,000 spent on paint work. Completed Spring 2008.

3M clear bra installed behind the front wheels, lower part of fenders, lower section of doors, full rocker panel adn door sill coverage, and behind rear wheels. Valve covers and throttle-body custom finished in wrinkle black textured coating, still have OEM red fuel rail covers too.
42lb. injectors
Luk Stage II clutch kit with Fidanza aluminum flywheel and remote bleeder - installed around 45k miles and properly match balanced to the stock clutch removed to ensure no driveline vibration. New OEM slave installed at that time and "drill mod" performed to remove the line restriction.
New OEM Master clutch cylinder installed around 60k miles - All clutch lines are wrapped in DEI cool tape
Trans rebuilt under warranty in 2006 with approx. 50k miles, but with all upgraded parts from RPMTransmissions. The techs at Casey Chevrolet's "vette shop" were cool enough to let me supply the upgraded parts and do the work under my extended warranty. 3rd gear synchro had worn out which prompted the fix

Parts/Accessories
Original window sticker and real buildsheet - Not copies you get from the National Corvette Museum. I pulled the build sheet out of the frame when I had the bumper off and I kept the original window sticker.
Leather bound Z06 owners manual book w/ pen and air chuck with Z06 labels
Original Z06 owners VHS tape that came with the car
OEM cargo net from coupe/vert
Custom targa top case/holder so you can stow targa in trunk and put some luggage on it if desired.
Custom black carpeted partition that installs with targa stowed in trunk
Have both sets of keys with FOBs both in proper working order
Outstanding Items
The right side carbon fiber brake duct got hit with road debris and has a crack in the resin.
Still have to re-install the Z06 front bumper screens and have new OEM fender badges for the car
I would rate the wheels a 6 out of 10 currently and a 8.5 out of 10 cleaned up. I had them on a a silver '98 coupe I had with racing brake pads. The dust got wet and fused to the wheels. It is removable, but takes a tremendous amount of elbow grease. Since these were my backup wheels I never put the effort in. Ther are a few nicks on the spokes, but no major curb rash.
That's all I can think of for now... will update/modify with pics of specific items etc.
Current Pictures

Nice shot of the view
Stingers have been replaced by OEM Titanium mufflers
Some pics of the conversion work - Thanks to Garry Ballard and friends @ "the vette barn" for all the help
Some FAQs on the Targa:
Q: OMG you ruined the car! Doesn't the targa conversion weaken the Z06 frame? I thought the whole point of the Z06/FRC was the fixed roof and stiffer chassis?
A:NOPE! I can explain in great detail if person, but basically the Z06 chassis is stiffer because it has the b-pillar roll bar of the coupe and the cross-bar bracing of the vert which is the area where the rear of the roof bonds to, and the trunk lid hinges from. The coupe only gets the b-pillar hoop and the vert only gets the cross-bar. The Z06 gets both and this is what increases it's torsional rigidity. The actual roof panel is just SMC composite like the rest of the car.
Q: Does it leak?
A: Only whet hit with a powerwasher when washing or the heaviest of rain. It drips in the same areas my vert drips, my mothers old vert dripped, and every coupe I've had drips... that is... where the roof meets the A-pillar corner. In extremely heavy rain or water applied via powerwasher you will get a couple of drips from this area.
Q: What's it like with the top out?
A: Really nice... you get the best of both worlds, Z06 performance with the option to enjoy open air driving. The top stows in the trunk w/o issue. Wind buffeting is no better/worse than in a coupe IMO. You can do an HPDE event or go to the drag strip w/o the issues of a vert.
I purchased this car in April 2003 so going on 7 years ago. I am the 2nd owner, but the first owner only put 10,xxx miles on it. The car has been my hobby/passion/obsession for the past 7 hears. I've done everything you can do with a Corvette... cruised, showed, attended Corvetteforum Cruise-ins at the NCM, participated in HPDE events at VIR and local auto-crossing, customized etc. etc. It's been a wonderful car, thank you for looking. Please let me know if you have any specific questions or would like to come view the car. Title in hand.
