Just guaging interest for now, but is anyone interested in taking over my spot on Rick's list? And what are people willing to spend? Im not sure if Rick will even allow the transfer of the deposit.

It's refundable. The Dealer had the use of that money during that period though.

I lost 2000.00 to Rick when he was in Atlanta on a 02 Z that I had ordered. Something came up and I had to cancel the order. lMake sure you read everything you sign. I thought I did.

Hell I couldn't even get half of it back.
But I did sign a paper saying no refund on the 2 thousands down. I will never sign nothing like that again. I was just too anxionus when ordering.
Live and learn, I guess.
