The factory warranty began on 01/31/04. The General Motors 3 year/36,000 mile will be in effect until 01/31/07. Also included is a GMAC Major Guard Extended Warranty for 5 years and 75,000 miles. Due to the recent performance upgrades, the factory warranty will no longer apply to engine and drive train. Please see the statement below for further details.
The engine and drive train warranty from MTI (Motorsports Technologies Inc.) will be transferrable to the new owner upon completion of the sale. The new owner will receive the balance of the 2 year/24,000 mile warranty. This warranty only applies to general driving and will not cover racing or any other abuse. This warranty from MTI will cover all internal performance upgrades listed above.
