Why a 02? Ring problems that year... called the "piston slap".

Look for a new 2003. Some dealers have great deals on new ones sitting around.

Bill.

(dealer rebates/lease rates etc.)

SEE YOU ON THE ROAD. SOOOON.

the reason for an 02 is because i really only want to spend 32k to 33k at the most, and I dont think i can find an 03 for that, if I could i would definitely buy it

yeah i didnt really figure I could find one on here for dealer prices, but I thought I might get lucky, and I love the cars you guys have showed me, but the most I really want to do is 33k, mainly b/c I know I can get them for that at the auctions, I guess Ill have to go to some bigger dealer auctions like Dallas or something, oh well thanks for trying guys, Ive been having to drive a vehicle off the lot and you cant sell them while your driving them b/c theyre not there,
;man i cant wait untill i get a z06

thanks for the help guys

Danman,
Why did you bring up the dealer auction bit?
Did you think you would come over here and find 'cheap' Z's??
There are some really nice cars available out there, but if you are looking for the trashed out Mustang Cobra bank repo type?
Not gonna happen!
Take your time at the auctions and maybe you will find what you want, but be advised, the replacement parts for these cars are expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buying a so-so car can be more expensive than a nice one in the long run!!

Ken

02 and 03's are the same with the exception of the emblems and minor interior changes (headliner). Expect to pay atleast mid 30's for a decent one.

I bring up the dealer auction bit, umm maybe because Im a small used dealer, sorry?
Ive seen plenty of 02s with good miles for 32 to 33k, I just wasnt ready to buy then, I am now and I cant seem to find any. And the only reason I came here is because at all of the auctions everything is bringing a lot of money, because the supply of used vehicles is very low, numbers cut in half at auctions, so I thought I might be able to find a good deal on a car here, if I am wrong to do this Im sorry
oh and these cars that bring 32k have like 7k to 10k miles on them, just not the preferred color

This is just MY opinion, but cars are at auctions and NOT on used car lots because someone is trying to unload a questionable vehicle.

I'll buy a pampered 30K car long before a 7K beat-on newer model!
It's up to you and being a salesman yourself, who do you trust??

The cars are great but even the best of them may have issues!
MOST of the time you get what you pay for!!
